RETURN POLICY

Item/s purchased in-store and online at joandconewburgh.com can be returned for in-store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please bring your purchase receipt and items with original tags attached.  Original tags must be attached to the item/s.  Credit will go on a store gift card that never expires, and only valid at joandconewburgh.com or at our Newburgh storefront. All sale items, items noted as final sale, BOGO items, or discounts of 30% off or more are all final sale.  We do not offer refunds.

All Returns

The item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, animal hair, or damage) with original tags attached.  If item has any of the above, it will not be accepted as a return. Accessories such as jewelry and headwear are final sale and non-returnable.  Care instructions must be followed per each garment. We cannot assume liability for any damages incurred if care instructions are not followed.

Returns are handled on a case by case basis with the objective of making our customers happy and treating them fairly.  We stand behind our products and service and want customers to be satisfied with them. 

Price Adjustments

Flash sales, one-day sales, promotional items, and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments or even exchanges.  To receive any new promotional pricing, different size/color of the same style, you must return the original purchase (if it is a returnable and not a final sale item as noted on your receipt), forfeiting any coupons or promotions used on the original purchase & re-purchase at the new price.
